You must pay the end of auction fee before you can complete the sale. To do this, select the My Zazzie tab at the top of the page. Then click on the Selling tab. Under sold items, you
will find the items you have sold and a link to pay the end of auction
fee. This will be %10 of the cost of the item. For example, if you sell your item for $2.50, the you will need to pay an end of auction fee of $.25. You must use PayPal to complete this portion of the sale. Yes, you can choose how long you would like to list your items. There are two ways: 1. When the end time is asked for while listing an item, choose duration and use the drop down menu and select any of the durations provided. 2.Chose custom when asked for the end time. Then use the drop down menus to select a starting and ending date and time. Long durations provide the opportunity for your item to become more visible through time. This also gives the buyers a chance to gather the funds necessary to purchase larger items like strollers and furniture. We do recommend that the Buy Out option is used when listing items for longer durations. This gives the buyer the ability to buy before the end of the auction. You must use Paypal to complete all payments to zazzie.com. You may use other payment options to pay the seller. Although we recommend you use Paypal for your own protection. For basic listings, there are no up front fees at all. After your items sell, you will receive an email notifying you of the sale. Click the link provided or login to Zazzie.com. In your My Zazzie area select the Selling tab. Under sold items, you will find the items you have sold and a link to pay the end of auction fee. If you chose to add additional options such as Additional Category and Highlighted Item options, you will pay for those options after listing your item. Your item will not be available for sale until these fees are paid. Please view our site fees page for further details. http://www.zazzie.com/site_fees.php We recommend two different ways of listing large quantities of items. Stores. If you have lots of items we suggest opening a store. Stores give you, the seller, the ability to list many items at once and attract buyers to your store. All your items are collected in one place, that makes it easy for you to direct people your way and sell more! Multiple item listings. Often, items are the same or very similar so we also recommend putting them together in one listing. This saves you, the seller, from having too many listings to keep track of and helps keep cost low for the buyer. As an example, if you have 6 onsies that are size 12 mos. You can list them in 6 different individual listings or place them in one listing of 6 onsies, and sell them all together. Many commercial photo software programs have a function that will allow you to resize your pictures. If you don't have a program that does, there are several sites on the web that will allow you to edit and resize your pictures. We have been happy with shrinkpictures.com and recommend choosing either 350 or 600 pixels. We have chosen not to have a category for car seats for safety reasons. Please take the time to view this short video from The Pregnancy Show here, this should help explain why we do not have this category. We ask for personal information so that we have the abilty to contact you if the need arises. We do not and will not ever sell, trade or give any of your personal information to anyone.
